  1. The Legend of Sleepy Hollow written by Washington Irving was set in 1790 was known for its ghost and hunting atmosphere. I think what was shown in the video is not as creative as i thought it will be but at least it contains the value of the story.

  2. It was not what I was expecting and I don't think that it was very creative but it got the point across .

  3. I agree with Trona and Jill this video was not creative,it didn't catch my attention. When I think of the story of headless horse man something horrific comes to mind because no one would like to imagine seeing someone riding around on a horse in the middle of the night with his head in is hand. So they should have at least use a scary mask for the video instead of a pumpkin.

  5. I Agree With Amanda And Trona because This Video Wasn't As Creative As It Seemed, I Think If The Video Was Creative And More Adventurous It Would've Caught My Attention And Other People's Attention,But The Video Did Contain The Value Of The Story As jill Said.

  6. By viewing this clip, i got a pretty decent understanding of what the story is about. The reenactment however wasn't very detailed and very unattractive in grabbing my attention.

  7. I've been to Sleepy Hollow middle and high school in Tarrytown and the whole atmosphere over there is way different from over here. I don't know if it has anything to do with this legend, but it is a nice sight to see. I've always wanted to look into the true story. However, in relations to the short clip I feel as though I didn't take away anything except perhaps what I already knew: Guy with no head on a horse...and supposedly something creepy about it all. If someone else can explain?

  9. This video was not that interesting but it explained what the image shown and i understood it. i think that story gives its readers now in the present a look back at this story's legend and how these story were told with a lot of imagination and action.

  10. I thought the video would be more out there but like everyone else stated it did allow the message to get across but probably if it was more creative it would of grasp my interest more but it didn't

  11. I understood the *scary* story about "The legend of the sleepy hollow" the man was telling, but i didn't think it was interesting or scary at all. I think they should've used a different person to tell the story, who would add a more scarier feel to it and also they shouldve use better props.

  12. The Legend of the sleepy Hollow was telling a story about a school master named ichabod crane. As Crane was on his way somewhere he begans to get pursued by a headless horseman. Was racing to try to make his way across the bridge when gun powder started to let loose. Even though the story was told shortly it couldve been told better.

  13. I agree. The story was very short and I had to watch it a few times to understand what was going on. I get it now.

  17. This video showed a great lack of effort. The only thing I understood was that the man holding his head in his hand was trying to reach the bridge. I feel I would have understood it much more if the video was well crafted and more entertaining.

  20. I watched the video clip and I realized the named Ichabod Crane. I was once watching Disney movies and the headless horseman chased him all around the woods until he crossed the bridge that was mentioned in video clip.

  24. I believe that people aren't picking up that the Headless Horseman is a wandering spirit trapped within Sleepy Hollow and so has certain boundaries it cannot cross aka the bridge. Its pumpkin head is to replaced the head he has lost and is in search for, and is going as far as taking it from defenseless travelers to replace his own.
